Bakelite Urea & Melamine injection-molding series
    1. Specially use the kerosene inner-circuited barrel instead of thermocouple heating.
    2. Specially use the oil temperature controller in order to improve the precision of controlling. Truneness error of barrel TEMPERATURE is under 1 degree c.
    3. The plastic material in barrel could be heated equably in case of any heating effect production by friction heating.
    4. Screw 0 ratio in  order to avoid solidifying material in barrel by high temperature of  friction heating
    5. Use small screw L/D ratio to accelerate plastic melting speed in case of long time of remain in barrel
    6. Anti-corrosive bimetal screw & barrel ensure the longer life of mold and nozzle
    7. The plastic material supply is stable because there’s no check long on screw
    8. Good mold heat shield ability
    9. There’s two additional 220v AUTOMATIC MOLD HEATING controller [on both halves of mold] interface directly connect to computer and shows data on LCD
    10. Special air exhaust function to solve problem of air mixing during injection and clamping force releasing.
